Everything for Youth (E4Y) is a youth-led non-profit organization based in Starachowice, Poland, dedicated to empowering young people through non-formal education, international cooperation, and active citizenship.
Founded in 2026, Everything for Youth was established with a simple vision: to create meaningful opportunities that help young people learn, grow, and actively shape their communities. Our name reflects our commitment to putting young people at the center of everything we do, supporting their personal, social, and professional development through inclusive and meaningful learning experiences.
Our journey began as an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange sending organization, enabling young people to participate in international learning experiences, develop valuable skills, and build lasting intercultural connections. As we continue to grow, we are preparing new international mobility projects, strengthening partnerships with organizations across Europe, and applying to host our first Erasmus+ Youth Exchange. At the same time, we are expanding our work in digital literacy, active citizenship, social inclusion, sustainability, and intercultural learning, responding to the evolving needs of young people in an increasingly digital and interconnected world.
Our long-term mission is to empower young people through non-formal education, digital literacy, international mobility, volunteering, and intercultural learning. We create opportunities through workshops, training courses, youth exchanges, mentoring, volunteering initiatives, and educational activities. Alongside international cooperation, we promote active citizenship, social inclusion, environmental responsibility, mental well-being, digital inclusion, and European values. Our goal is simple: to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive in an increasingly digital world, and to help them create positive change within their communities. This vision reflects the objectives and values defined in our statute.
We believe every young person deserves access to opportunities regardless of their background or circumstances. While our activities are open to everyone, we place particular emphasis on supporting young people and individuals with fewer opportunities, including those from rural communities. Guided by the values of inclusion, respect, transparency, equality, sustainability, and diversity, we strive to create safe, welcoming, and high-quality learning environments where every participant feels respected, valued, and empowered.
Looking ahead, we aim to become an accredited Erasmus+ organization, host and coordinate international youth projects, obtain the European Solidarity Corps Quality Label, welcome international volunteers, organize local educational initiatives, and build long-term partnerships across Europe. Every initiative we undertake is driven by a single purpose: to create opportunities that inspire young people to learn, connect, grow, and become confident, engaged, and active citizens who contribute positively to society.
